Caucasian cuisine in Arkhyz

Caucasian cuisine is as much a part of a trip to Arkhyz as the mountains. The Hotel Imperial building at Romantik Resort houses a Caucasian restaurant with a panoramic hall. Meat and vegetables are cooked over charcoal, and produce comes from local farms. The restaurant is a 7-minute walk from the Milky Way cable car, so it is easy to drop in after skiing. For hotel guests breakfast is included in every rate; lunch and dinner are paid separately (there is also a rate with three meals a day).
