On 1 December 2026, Istorii Vkusa restaurant opens in the Hotel Imperial building in Romantik (Arkhyz, Gornaya St. 55). The cuisine is Caucasian, with meat and vegetables cooked over charcoal. Where the restaurant is
The restaurant occupies part of the Hotel Imperial building at Gornaya St. 55 in Romantik. There are two ways in: through the hotel or from the street, via a separate entrance. From the restaurant it is a 7-minute walk to the Milky Way cable car, 10 minutes to the slopes and 8 minutes to the resort’s main square. So you can drop in for lunch between runs without leaving Romantik.

Getting there
By car, Romantik is 3 h 30 min – 4 h from Mineralnye Vody airport, 2 h 10 min from Cherkessk and 2 h 50 min from Nevinnomyssk railway station. Parking is available for restaurant guests. If you are coming to a banquet or celebration without your own car, the hotel arranges a paid transfer from Mineralnye Vody and Cherkessk airports and from the railway station: from Mineralnye Vody airport to the hotel it costs 6,500–9,000 ₽, and a car is found within 15–30 minutes. Pick-up is possible from any city, in any car class. The hotel will quote prices for the New Year dates later, on request. Transfers are booked through reception, ideally 10–15 days before arrival.
Why “Istorii Vkusa”
The menu was put together with an eye on the history of the Caucasus, where the cultures of the mountain peoples intertwined and trade routes ran between West and East. Spices from distant lands travelled along these roads. Rivers, seas and forests added their share to the cuisine, while nomads brought fire and meat. These threads shaped the restaurant’s menu, and its name too: Istorii Vkusa means “Stories of Taste”.

Banquets and celebrations
The restaurant hosts private events with a banquet menu and service: weddings, engagements, family celebrations, birthdays and corporate dinners. In the request you give the date, the number of guests and the occasion. A manager calls back within an hour.
The hall seats 50 guests, the terrace another 24.
There is no separate banquet hall. There is no minimum number of guests for a banquet either.
